• At least a HBO diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar field of study.

• At least 5 years of experience in non-residential construction, complex residential construction, or  (residential) renovation.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Persuasiveness, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mentality.

• Experience with BIM, LEAN, risk management, and contract management.

• Customer-oriented, innovative, and proactive in process optimization.

• The salary for this position is between € 5,639.81 and € 7,049.76 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone.

Are you a construction project manager with coaching abilities, and do you stand firm when dealing with clients, teams, and other stakeholders? Then we are looking for you.

As a project manager, you are in control of your projects. You manage time, budget, quality, and safety, and you are responsible for the organization and realization of one or more projects.

You are involved early in the preliminary phase and actively contribute ideas regarding construction methodologies, planning, and risks. You are constantly asking the question: how can it be smarter, faster, and safer? In doing so, you work intensively with colleagues from preparation and execution.

You lead a multidisciplinary team and know how to connect people and get them moving. You liaise with clients, partners, and—depending on the project—also with residents. Strong customer contact is second nature to you.

Additionally, you take on the role of contract manager, identify opportunities and risks, and manage these proactively. You follow market developments and know how to bring your team along in them.
