As a junior PMO, you will start under the guidance of experienced transformation partners and seniors. You will provide structure, calm, and overview within complex dynamics:

• Planning and structuring. You support the setting up and monitoring of program structures, integrated schedules, action lists, and document management.

• Visual management information. You translate progress and complex issues into clear presentations, manageable dashboards, and interactive Miro boards. If there are tools or packages you do not yet have experience with, you can of course learn these with us.

• Facilitating and connecting. You prepare work sessions and meetings with key officials, ensure sharp recording of decisions, and proactively follow up on action points.

• Learning and developing. Eagerness to learn is a must in our team. You have a broad interest in all aspects of organizational development and design, both on the hard and soft sides. You look into the full breadth of organizational changes (from HR design to culture and leadership) and gradually take on more individual tasks yourself.

Do you want to learn the profession of organizational change and project management from up close within large, socially impactful trajectories? As a junior PMO/project secretary, you will lay the foundation for our programs and grow through a steep learning curve within our team.

We explicitly look beyond specific diplomas or fields of study: your curiosity, organizational talent, and ability to learn are what make the difference with us.

• Demonstrable academic level of work and thought, for example in the direction of business administration, public administration, HRM, organizational sciences, or communication.

• 0 to 2 years of (internship or work) experience in which your passion for planning, organizing, and maintaining overview clearly emerged.

• High digital dexterity: you quickly master tools such as Excel, Miro, MS Teams, or Power BI.

• A hands-on, pragmatic mentality: you are self-reliant, but dare to ask for help and feedback in a timely manner.

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
