Contract Logistics QSHE Specialist

• At least 2 years of experience within QSHE.
• Experience with operational processes at site or division level.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Accurate and quality-oriented. Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.

• MBO+ work and thinking level.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of the Dutch language. Good command of the English language.

The goal of this position is to ensure broad awareness within the location regarding compliance with QSHE instructions, procedures, customer requirements, and legal regulations in the field of safe working and working conditions. The position contributes to promoting a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment, in accordance with the established QSHE (customer) requirements, guidelines, and standards.

• Leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QSHE systems in the areas of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, Food Safety, Hazardous Substances, and Pharma compliance where applicable.

• Performing periodic audits, compliance checks, and management reviews, including the follow-up of corrective actions and reporting to management.

• Identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the operation and ensuring effective follow-up via action plans and continuous improvement lists (CIA).

• Developing and providing QSHE training, organizing QSHE meetings, and acting as the first point of contact for health, safety, and compliance issues.

• Supporting risk management by performing RI&E processes, reporting unsafe situations, and implementing preventive measures to promote a safe working environment.

• Coordinating and guiding internal and external audits, inspections, and visits from customers, certifying bodies, and government authorities.

• Ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations and company guidelines by performing environmental programs, compliance checks, and improvement initiatives on location.

• Collaborating with management, employees, customers, and external stakeholders to realize continuous improvement projects, strengthen compliance, and achieve cost savings through QSHE initiatives.
