• You possess at least a university-level (WO) working and thinking level.

On behalf of the Ministry of Finance, we are looking for two experienced Strategic Advisors MijnHerstel. In this socially relevant assignment, you will work within the Directorate-General for Benefits Recovery on the further development and implementation of MijnHerstel, an important program within the recovery process for those affected by the benefits scandal.

The program focuses on accelerating and improving the handling of additional damages. Within this assignment, you will contribute to the further development of Route B, an approach in which the active participation of parents is central, supported by digital services and integrated cooperation between policy and execution.

You will provide direction to the strategic course of the program, connect policy with execution, and make a significant contribution to the elaboration of MijnHerstel, including the development of a roadmap, governance, organizational design, and implementation strategy. In doing so, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of the government and contribute to multiple workstreams aimed at accelerating the recovery operation.
