Experience with or knowledge of the Limburg and/or Groningen mining dossier, or demonstrable experience in the Limburg region.
Extensive demonstrable experience as a service designer (more than 5 years).
Experience applying the service blueprint methodology for designing full chains within a production, implementation, or damage recovery environment.
Demonstrable experience in setting up and facilitating workshops and validation sessions regarding process design.
For the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Policy, we are looking for a Sub-project Leader Process & People. Within a program focused on the handling and recovery of damage resulting from former mining activities in South Limburg, you will work on the further design of the In-Kind Recovery (HiN) scheme.
As Sub-project Leader Process & People, you are co-responsible for designing the implementation process, the connection to the full chain, and the change and implementation task. Additionally, you play an important role in the design, composition, and training of the implementation team. The process design is developed using the service blueprint methodology, in which various chain partners are actively involved.
You operate at the intersection of process design, service delivery, and implementation. Where the project leader is responsible for integral management and stakeholder management, you focus on the substantive elaboration, tactical realization, and collaboration with substantive specialists.
Designing and optimizing processes for the In-Kind Recovery scheme.
Applying the service blueprint methodology in developing the end-to-end chain.
Facilitating design, validation, and working sessions with stakeholders and chain partners.
Monitoring the coherence between process design, implementation, and service delivery.
Translating designs into an executable way of working and implementation approach.
Composing, guiding, and training the implementation team.
Identifying opportunities for improvement from the perspective of the claimant.
Collaborating with substantive specialists and contributing to the realization of sub-products.

Hours: 30-32 hours per week
Contract length: until 1 April 2027, with an option for extension
