Senior Consultant Organization, Purpose & Strategy

• A completed WO Master's degree (e.g., business administration, organizational sciences, change management, sociology, or similar).
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with consultancy, project management, or change processes.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

As a Management Consultant within Organization, Purpose & Strategy (OPS), you play a key role in shaping and realizing strategy by (re)designing organizations and guiding transformations. You help clients make their organizational design, governance, culture, and way of working future-proof and translate complex issues into concrete changes.

You do this, among other things, by redesigning operating models, guiding change processes around new processes and IT platforms, and supporting organizations in the adoption of solutions such as SAP, Microsoft 365, Google, or Atlassian. You respond to developments such as AI-driven transformation, the growth of integrated digital platforms, and the movement towards adaptive, agile organizations. Based on your expertise, you contribute to modular and agile organizational designs, effective portfolio management, and the scaling up of new ways of working so that teams and functions perform better as a whole.‑platforms, and supporting organizations in the adoption of solutions such as SAP, Microsoft 365, Google, or Atlassian. • You work on designing and realizing complex transformations, from strategy to implementation.
• Structuring and digitalizing core processes of organizations, or helping to shape a new organizational unit.
• You translate client questions into transformation programs that make organizations more agile and transparent.
• You guide change processes with a project team and ensure clear results and stakeholder management.
• You bring in organizational and transformation trends and help translate them into our OPS themes such as Business Agility and Strategic Organizational Design.
• You know the trends surrounding AI and what impact this has on clients.
• You take an active role in project structure, workshops, substantive analyses, and client dialogue.
• You coach less experienced colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge development within the OPS team.
