Quartermaster Implementation Capacity & Organizational Development | Municipality of Barneveld

Requirements:

• You have a completed HBO bachelor's degree.

• You have at least 10 years of experience in a strategic, change-oriented, programmatic, and/or quartermaster role within complex organizations.

• You have demonstrable experience with organizational development and change processes.

• You have experience in increasing implementation capacity and realization capacity within organizations.

• You have experience in advising and coaching management and executives during change challenges.

• You have experience within a political-administrative environment.

• You have experience in leading and realizing complex organizational development and change challenges.

• You have experience within the physical domain, such as area development, housing construction, infrastructure, or spatial development.

• You have experience in developing and implementing working methods that lead to increased implementation capacity, realization capacity, and acceleration.

• You have experience working under direction.

• You have experience in setting up, designing, or professionalizing program, project, or multi-project organizations.

• You have experience with change challenges within municipal or similar public organizations.

We are looking for an experienced Quartermaster Implementation Capacity and Organizational Development for the Municipality of Barneveld. Barneveld faces a major growth challenge in the coming years. The municipality is working on housing construction, area development, business parks, infrastructure, and social facilities. At the same time, there is a growing need for a professional implementation organization that can effectively realize these complex tasks.

Within the Living Environment domain, you will play a key role in strengthening the implementation and realization capacity of the organization. You will provide direction to the change challenge, accelerate the execution of strategic ambitions, and assist in the development of a future-proof multi-project organization. In doing so, you will work closely with the board, management, and involved teams.

As Quartermaster Implementation Capacity and Organizational Development:
