Caretaker

This position falls in scale 4, with a gross monthly salary between € 2,496 and € 3,250 (based on 36 hours per week).

As a caretaker at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you are the eyes and ears of the facility organization. With your practical approach, you make a direct difference for everyone in our building.

As a caretaker at ASN Bank, you are the first point of contact for the technical condition and representativeness of our buildings in Utrecht. You work closely with colleagues from Facility and supervise external suppliers during maintenance and repairs. No two days are the same, and your approach ensures that everyone in our building feels welcome and safe.

Your responsibilities are

• You carry out daily inspection rounds and monitor the cleanliness of the building and outdoor areas.
• You identify malfunctions, damages, and unsafe situations and carry out small repair works.
• You supervise external parties during maintenance and repairs and oversee correct execution.
• You provide support for temporary adjustments to the layout and small moves within the building.
• You are part of the Emergency Response (BHV) organization and contribute to a safe working environment for everyone.

You combine technical insight with a guest-oriented attitude and naturally take responsibility for the environment around you. You quickly identify what is happening, act practically, and operate both independently and as part of a team.
