What we're looking for

HBO working and thinking level, preferably in communication, information management, or HR.
At least four years of relevant experience with information provision, content management, communication, or employee experience.
Experience with developing and managing information via digital channels, preferably in a central knowledge environment or knowledge library.
Knowledge of HR services and insight into the needs of employees and managers.
Experience with analyzing search behavior, frequently asked questions, and feedback to improve information provision.
Affinity with journey-oriented working and improving the employee experience.

This position falls in scale 9, with a gross monthly salary between €4,552.48 and €6,069.97 (based on 36 hours per week).

The role

As an HR Content & Employee Experience Specialist at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you ensure that employees and managers quickly find the right HR information. Whether it concerns employment conditions, leave, or personal development: you make complex information understandable, accessible, and easy to find. In this way, you improve the employee experience and make our HR services a little easier every day.

What are you going to do?
As an HR Content & Employee Experience Specialist, you are responsible for the central HR information provision to employees and managers. From within the People Experience Center, you ensure that they find the information they need at the right moment, via the right channel. In doing so, you look beyond the content alone. How do employees search for information? Where do they get stuck? And how can we make our information provision smarter and more accessible? You discover what can be improved and, together with the journey teams and HR specialists, you translate these insights into concrete improvements.

What you'll do

You develop, manage, and update HR information in the central knowledge library, so that employees and managers quickly find reliable answers.
You ensure a clear, recognizable, and consistent way of communicating about HR products and services via various channels.
You improve the findability and accessibility of HR information by aligning with the questions, needs, and search behavior of employees and managers.
You analyze frequently asked questions, search behavior, and feedback and, together with the journey teams, translate these insights into improvements in HR information and the employee experience.
You work closely with journey experts and HR People Services to make information available at the right moment in the employee journey.
You signal when questions or bottlenecks arise from policies, processes, or systems and coordinate with the responsible colleagues to initiate improvements.

Where you will work
You will work within the People Experience Center of ASN Bank. Here, everything revolves around simple, accessible, and pleasant HR services for employees and managers. You work closely with journey teams, HR People Services, and other HR specialists. Together, you look at what employees need and how our services can continuously improve, from the perspective of the employee journey. The atmosphere is open and informal, with room for initiative, feedback, and new ideas. You report directly to the Head of People Experience Center.

What do you bring?
You know how to translate complex information into clear, accessible content. You understand how employees and managers search for and use information, and you see opportunities to make this easier. You combine strong communication skills with an analytical eye and enjoy working together with various HR specialists.
