This position falls into scale 11, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,946.23 and € 7,928.30 based on 36 hours per week.

As an Audit Manager at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you will work at the heart of the organization. A true key role, with influence on strategic decision-making and a direct contribution to controlled growth and the social mission of ASN Bank.

As Audit Manager at ASN Bank, you perform audits within the domains of Anti Financial Crime, Daily Banking, and CIO, including payments, savings, investments, IT, risk management, and supervision. In doing so, you regularly deal with issues surrounding digitalization, data, AI, regulation, and large-scale transformation projects.

In every audit, we ask the question of what impact processes and decisions have on customers, employees, shareholders, and society. Themes such as sustainability, financial resilience, customer integrity, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible business play an important role. With your independent perspective, you help ASN Bank to grow in a controlled manner and fulfill its social mission.

• You lead complex audits within Anti Financial Crime, Daily Banking, and CIO, from planning to delivery, and advise management on risks, governance, and internal control.
• You write high-quality audit reports and proactively signal risks and opportunities for improvement
• As an account manager, you bridge the gap between the business and Internal Audit and monitor the follow-up of action points
• Contribute to the audit strategy and the annual plan of ASN Bank.
• Contribute to innovation within Internal Audit, for example in the areas of data analysis, data visualization, culture & behavior, and IT controls.
• You coach and guide fellow Auditors in their professional development

This is where you will work
Your team is Internal Audit, an independent and professional department with approximately thirty colleagues in Utrecht. Within the Client, Banking, and Tech team, you will gain access to virtually all facets of the bank. You will obtain insight into commercial processes, operations, risk management, governance, and financial reporting. The department is characterized by little hierarchy, plenty of room for individual initiative, and a culture in which knowledge sharing and professional development are central.
