This position falls in scale 10, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,179.72 and € 6,906.29 based on 36 hours per week.

As a Casemanager Performance at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you will guide managers through complex performance issues. You contribute to the sustainable employability of employees with a careful and people-oriented approach.

What will you do?
As a Casemanager Performance at ASN Bank, you will work on complex cases regarding performance and underperformance. Within the Performance & Growth journey team, you are the connecting link between managers, Legal, and Casemanagers Health. You identify issues early, implement appropriate interventions, and carefully guide improvement processes from start to finish. You do this within an HR organization that is constantly in motion, where your work contributes directly to a healthy and vital ASN Bank.

• You advise managers on complex underperformance cases and assist in formulating expectations and appropriate improvement plans.
• You analyze patterns regarding imminent absenteeism at team and organizational levels and support preventive interventions.
• You monitor careful file construction and ensure that steps are recorded legally correctly and in a timely manner.
• You coach managers in conversations about performance, behavior, and progress, including in sensitive situations.
• You work closely with Casemanagers Health and Legal, also during the preparation of processes leading toward potential termination of employment.
