The role

Our hero on the work floor wanted: Concierge / Caretaker (M/F)

Are you the type who walks into a room and immediately sees what is needed to make everything shine again? Do you get joy from a flawlessly running office day and are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves?

Then we are looking for you! As our new Concierge/ Caretaker, you will be the face and the mainstay of our building.

What you'll do

No day is exactly the same, but with your approach, you ensure a pleasant and tidy working environment for everyone:

Facilities & maintenance: You clean the coffee machines (our elixir of life!), tidy up meeting rooms, straighten chairs, and ensure the floors look neat. Refilling printer paper and office supplies is also in good hands with you.
Catering & lunch: You order the lunch, set everything out, and ensure an inviting setting. After lunch, you take care of the washing up (about 1.5 hours per day) so that the kitchen shines again for the afternoon.
Small tasks & technical: a clogged toilet, replacing a broken lamp, or a sticking door? You don't hesitate to tackle these small technical tasks.
Supplier contact point: You are the fixed contact point for external subcontractors. Whether it is the window cleaner, the electrician, the groundskeeper, or the HVAC technician standing on the doorstep: you show them the way and coordinate.
