As an Asset Management Consultant, you work on projects that make a real impact. Think of implementing systems such as Hexagon, IBM Maximo, and SAP EAM, improving lifecycle management, and advising on maintenance optimization.

You have up-to-date knowledge of digital developments within the industry and know how to translate these into strategic asset management. You engage in dialogue with customers about their challenges and advise on smart solutions. Additionally, you know better than anyone how to optimize maintenance processes, structure data management, and translate customer wishes into sustainable, digital applications.

As a Managing Consultant Asset Management, you are the visionary providing direction. You develop propositions, assist in winning new deals, and act as the strategic sparring partner for our customers. You lead teams, coach consultants, and ensure that Capgemini remains at the forefront of asset management.

• Process optimization: improve logistical and production processes as a supply chain engineer or process improver.

• Data & digitalization: help organizations leverage big data and digital transformations.

• Stakeholder management: act as a link between departments, analyze bottlenecks, and come up with smart solutions that make a real difference.

• Digitalization: implement digital solutions such as IoT, digital twins, and EAM systems to modernize asset management.

By now, you have already taken some great steps in your career in the field of asset management and process optimization, and you feel at home in a large and complex (international) organization. • A relevant HBO or WO degree, such as (technical) business administration or information management.

• At least 5 years of work experience with asset management, process optimization, or business analysis in this field.

• An advantage if you know everything about topics such as asset/product lifecycle management, process optimization, and business analysis.

• You possess excellent Dutch communication skills, both oral and written.

• Architecture or Project Management skills will help you further in your development
