As a Hospitality Host at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you are the first and last point of contact for everyone visiting our office. With your warm and discrete approach, you set the tone.

As a Hospitality Host at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you are the first and last point of contact for everyone visiting our office. You maintain the calm and flow in the reception area and combine a warm, personal approach with an accurate working style. You work closely with security and Facility & Property Management, thereby contributing directly to the atmosphere, safety, and appearance of our organization.

• You welcome employees, visitors, and suppliers and ensure a welcoming first impression.
• You register visitors and suppliers and inform employees in a timely manner about their visits.
• You provide support for activities and events in the building and with administrative tasks.
• You are part of the BHV (Emergency Response) organization and contribute to a safe working environment for everyone.
• You keep the reception area and the atrium tidy and organized throughout the day.

You are guest-oriented, communicate easily and warmly with diverse people, and remain calm and professional even under pressure. You are integer, discrete, and read people and situations quickly, so that every visitor feels welcome.

Furthermore, you have:

• MBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented direction.
• Demonstrable experience in a reception, front-desk, or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication skills and a representative appearance.
• Willingness to obtain BHV certification, or you are already a certified BHV'er.
• Willingness to follow the trainings for predictive profiling & security questioning and hospitality & gastvrijheid.
