As Assembly Foreman, you will provide daily leadership to a team of assemblers at our construction sites throughout the Netherlands. You are responsible for a safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly of our homes.

You ensure that activities proceed according to plan, monitor quality, and are the first point of contact for both your team and the site manager.

• Directing and guiding assembly teams on the construction site.

• Monitoring safety, quality, and progress.

• Planning and coordinating daily activities.

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during assembly.

• Supervising compliance with work and safety regulations.

• Ensuring a neat and organized construction site.

• Consulting with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
