Assembly worker

What will you do?

As an assembly worker, you will work together with a team of colleagues on the assembly and construction of advanced high-tech systems and modules. The products you work on are used within innovative sectors such as the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries.

• Assembling and mounting mechanical and electrotechnical components.
• Reading and applying technical drawings, work instructions, and product specifications.
• Performing and recording checks and measurements to ensure quality.
• Testing, inspecting, and accurately adjusting systems before they are delivered.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to a more efficient assembly process.

You can choose between a position in day shifts or in a 2-shift system.

Flexible start time between 07:00 and 09:00.

Week 1: Monday to Thursday from 05:45 to 14:30, Friday from 05:45 to 12:00.

Week 2: Monday to Thursday from 14:15 to 00:00, Friday from 11:45 to 17:45.

Do you choose the 2-shift system? Then you will receive an attractive shift allowance of 20%.

Your strength

• You have completed a technical MBO education at level 3 or 4, for example in the direction of mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, or mechatronics.
• You can interpret technical drawings and work instructions and work carefully with an eye for detail.
• You have a practical attitude, think in solutions, and like to take responsibility.
• You feel comfortable in a team, but can also pick up and perform tasks independently.
• You are eager to learn and find it important to further develop yourself within a high-tech working environment.
• You are open to new techniques, processes, and challenges and are motivated to continuously build up more knowledge about them.
