What we're looking for

  • MBO level 2-4 (Electronics, Mechatronics, or Precision Mechanics)
  • 2 -5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge in TPDs (reading drawings) and basic knowledge of assembly techniques
  • Basic knowledge of the English language is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, analytical ability, affinity with high-tech products
  • Ability to work in a disciplined and very meticulous manner
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team

For our production in Eindhoven, we are looking for an Assembler / Controller

What you'll do

Within the department, activities are focused on assembling all occurring systems and part numbers, performing the corresponding (safety) tests, checking the work, and resolving (identified) malfunctions and deviations. This concerns assemblies with both a low and high repetitive character.

Work orders are available in the production control package and planning lists can be printed. Materials are requested using barcode readers and checked for completeness, accuracy, and quality (as far as possible). Action is taken in the event of identified deviations, including filling out the Digital Rejection Form.

Upon completion of the work order, it is checked for completeness and reported administratively as ready, after which the system or part number is presented to the internal customer or the warehouse.

What will you do?

  • Creates and maintains the assembly instructions (PowerPoint) and submits new and modified instructions for archiving.
  • Occasionally builds prototypes and pre-series and performs an analysis.
  • Participation in departmental working groups (for example 5S or improvement actions)
  • Pre-measurement of defined systems according to established procedures
  • Trouble-free and timely delivery of all assemblies according to applicable instructions and procedures
  • Assessing supplied parts
  • Correct execution of test procedures
  • Compliance with the established safety procedures
  • Order and cleanliness at the workplace and department
