At Zuidasdok, you manage operations at one of the most complex locations in the Netherlands. Situated right between the A10, Station Zuid, offices, and daily traffic, you maintain oversight, make decisions, and ensure your team can continue building safely and according to schedule.

As a Site Manager, you are in the heart of the project. You know exactly what is happening outside, manage your team and subcontractors, and ensure everyone can work safely and efficiently.

You monitor planning, quality, and progress, and coordinate daily with work preparers, project managers, engineers, and other disciplines. Does something go differently than expected? Then you keep a cool head, make decisions, and adjust where necessary.

At Zuidasdok, you build while Amsterdam simply carries on. Traffic keeps moving, trains keep running, and thousands of travelers use Station Zuid every day. That is precisely why no two days are the same. It requires oversight, good coordination, and a Site Manager who thinks ahead and dares to take action.

You will receive a lot of responsibility and the space to make decisions independently. Together with your team, you ensure that the outdoor work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

• A position of 32-40 hours per week

• A salary depending on your knowledge and experience, from €3,100 to €6,500 gross per four-week period, paid in 13 periods (converted, this is approximately €3,400 to €7,000 gross per month)

• Good employment conditions according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement, including 40 days off for full-time employment

You are approachable, communicate easily with different parties, and dare to make decisions. Safety is always the top priority.

In addition, you possess:

• At least an mbo or hbo diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience as a Site Manager within GWW (Civil Engineering) or infrastructure

• Experience with complex or urban projects is a plus

• Knowledge of contract forms such as UAV-GC and modern working methodologies

• Strong communication skills

• A practical, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude

• Good command of the Dutch language
