Civil Engineering Site Manager in Amsterdam

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and relevant work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• With an eye toward a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately;

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a civil engineering site manager, you are the director of our infrastructure projects in the Amsterdam region; you determine how things are realized on-site. You are responsible for preparation, planning, and execution, during which you lead colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will be working at Dura Vermeer Infra regio Noord West. Our (head) office can be found in Cruquius, Noord-Holland; within the Amsterdam focus area, we have our own branch in the city. Anyone driving through the working area of Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord West drives a loop around the IJsselmeer. From Texel via Amsterdam and Het Gooi to Flevoland. In this region, we build roads, bridges, and sewers. But also quays, fly-overs, and takeoff and landing strips. Moreover, we are strong in long-term management and maintenance contracts. Sustainability plays an important role for us in all cases.
