To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced Work Preparer.

As a Site Preparer, you will have a diverse range of tasks and you will proactively contribute to the further development of site preparation within Wessels. All projects are fully developed in BIM during the preparation phase. You play a key role in this process and ensure that everything is prepared to perfection.

• Working on the most challenging projects with an enthusiastic team;

• Working closely with the project manager with a great deal of freedom and responsibility;

• Organizing the entire process from design to delivery;

• Coordinating with architects, clients, advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers so that all aspects of the project run smoothly;

• Seamlessly linking everything architecturally, structurally, and technically.

You are a driven personality, easy to approach, and a true self-starter. You are an organizer par excellence and are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.
