• You possess an MBO work and thinking level equivalent to a completed MBO level 3 or 4 education, preferably in a logistics direction. In any case, you possess technical and/or logistical affinity.
• If you have experience in the field of inventory management (preferably in a technical environment), that would be great!
• You come up with suitable proposals on your own initiative and actively think along with the customer, actively striving to increase customer satisfaction and quality improvement.
• You signal problems / bottlenecks in a timely manner; you do not leave things to chance.
• You can assess the severity of a problem well, investigate the cause of the problem, and come up with ideas or actions aimed at the (structural) solution of the problem.
• You apply established quality requirements within the organization and feel co-responsible for the quality of the organization's products and services. You notice errors yourself and correct them, and you ask others for feedback regarding the quality of the work you deliver.

Salary: € 2,937.00 to a maximum of € 3,658.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

• In accordance with the CAO Motor Vehicles & Two-Wheeler Industry, you receive 24 vacation days. If you work 40 hours per week, you receive an additional 13 ADV days. If you work fewer than 40 hours, your ADV is included in your salary.
• An excellent pension scheme via PMT, in which Kersten pays 2/3 of the premium.
• Annual day off on 5 May.

• Assessing and processing requests for aids.
• Selecting suitable provisions with maximum use of reused aids.
• Warehouse Management / Purchasing
• Collecting aids and parts for assembly purposes.
• Consulting with advisors, indication counters, and suppliers regarding complex requests.
• Performing final checks on outgoing aids.
• Ensuring correct administrative recording so that the physical stock matches the administrative stock.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers, technicians, advisors, and office colleagues.
