We are looking for a Work Preparer for maintenance!

As a Maintenance Work Preparer, you are part of a team and form an important link between the contract manager, planner, and technicians. The contract manager secures assignments and primarily maintains existing relationships; you ensure that everything is correctly processed in InstallWorks so that the planner can then schedule the right technicians. Because tasks frequently overlap, you have a lot of contact with your colleagues and you support each other where necessary. Through your work, you ensure that maintenance activities are well organized, customers are informed in a timely manner, and colleagues can work efficiently.

• You review new assignments, work orders, and emails and process the incoming activities from maintenance contracts in InstallWorks

• You check whether all information is complete and correct in the system, so that planning can proceed smoothly

• You manage the shared mailbox, answer customer questions regarding maintenance activities, reports, and scheduled visits, and involve the right colleague where necessary

• You maintain an overview of ongoing assignments and ensure that actions are picked up in a timely manner

• You process the work orders after technicians' maintenance visits and initiate any follow-up actions

• You check the administrative handling of assignments and prepare reports for customers

• You ensure that customers and colleagues have access to up-to-date and reliable information
