Are you someone who loves organizing things and enjoys working with technology? Then this is your chance! As a water treatment production planner, you ensure that our technicians are well-prepared to work on our swimming pool projects. From checking drawings to purchasing materials: you ensure everything is correct. And the best part? You don't need to be an expert in swimming pool technology yet. We will teach you the ropes of the trade!
This is what you will do
Imagine: we have been commissioned to realize the complete water treatment for a new swimming pool. Think of installations for the disinfection, filtration, and circulation of the swimming water. Before our technicians can get to work, all sorts of things must be organized. The design must be made ready for execution, drawings must be checked, and assembly materials must be ordered. That is where you come in!
As a production planner, you ensure that everything is well-arranged before the start and during the execution of the project. You are the point of contact for the project manager, modelers, and technicians on the construction site regarding the water treatment installations. You perform calculations, purchase materials, and maintain an overview of deliveries and costs. And if someone runs into a problem? Then you think along to find a solution.
In short: thanks to your preparation, our technicians can work effectively and everything runs smoothly. Of course, you don't have to be able to do everything independently from day one. You will receive good guidance from experienced colleagues. This way, you will grow quickly in your role, receive increasing responsibility, and soon look back with pride at the projects you have worked on!
What kind of projects will you be working on?
No standard buildings or installations! Within Water Treatment, we primarily work on swimming pools; currently, we are working on projects such as the Winkelsteeg sports complex in Nijmegen, the Bosbad in Emmeloord, and the de Waterlelie swimming pool in Aalsmeer. But our technology is also used, for example, in the musical Willem van Oranje, for which our colleagues recently modeled the skid.
This is what you do on an average workday:
You further develop the technical design into an execution design, so that our technicians know exactly what they need to build;
You check drawings and calculations;
You select the right materials and arrange the orders;
You maintain an overview of costs, delivery times, and the progress of the project;
You consult with the head technician, project manager, modelers, and production planners of other disciplines;
You answer technical questions from the assembly team;
You ensure clear project administration.
This is you
You maintain an overview while switching between different tasks. You enjoy working with various colleagues and creating something beautiful together. Does something go differently than planned? Then you don't immediately get stressed, but instead look at what is needed to solve it. And a pleasant working atmosphere? You find that at least as important! Furthermore, we would like to see:
MBO working and thinking level;
a technical background is a plus;
experience working with ERP systems (such as Syntess) is a plus;
No experience with water treatment yet? No problem! We will teach you. If you are motivated, take initiative, and ask questions when you are stuck, you will go a long way with us.
Because you matter…
you get the space to learn and further develop yourself, and above all, we find it important that you enjoy going to work. Therefore, as a water treatment production planner, you can count on:
A friendly team where we look out for each other: colleagues who are there for you and help you. Together we make it happen!
38 days off per year: enough time for holidays, festivals, or just doing nothing at all.
An annual profit sharing: if things go well for Hellebrekers, you benefit too!
Plenty of opportunities to grow: training, education, and career advancement opportunities that match your goals and ambitions.
Prospect of a permanent contract: you start with a one-year contract which we would then like to convert to permanent.
Nice extras: lease an (electric) bike advantageously and even get your driver's license at our expense!
Plenty of social activities: from Friday afternoon drinks and barbecues to a pub quiz, sporting events, the summer party, and our annual ski trip.
In addition, you will of course receive a travel allowance, a good pension scheme, and the opportunity to make use of collective health insurance.
Your new workplace
You are part of the Water Treatment department and you work from our modern head office in Nunspeet. You are part of the project team and work closely with the project manager, modelers, and production planners of other disciplines. You are never alone: we help each other and share our knowledge. Everyone is committed to good results, good cooperation, and a good atmosphere. Hard work is done, but there is also plenty of room for socializing. From sporting activities to kicking off the weekend together during the VrijMiBo.
