Senior Project Manager

As a project manager, you are responsible for organizing and managing projects up to approximately € 50 million. In this role, you work in construction teams and within D&C contracts. You will work on attractive projects such as:

• Urban (underground) construction (Public transport hub Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid)

• Pumping stations (Oostoever pumping station)

• Infrastructure, movable bridges (Cruquius Bridge)

The common denominator in our projects: complex technology, a dynamic environment, and high ambitions regarding safety, sustainability, and quality.

You manage a complex project and:

• ensure tight organization, planning, and execution from start to finish;

• actively manage progress, risks, and results;

• build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and capitalize on opportunities;

• lead and coach your team (approx. 15 colleagues) and create a safe and energetic working environment;

• monitor finances and maintain control over the final result;

• actively seek collaboration, both within and outside your project, to achieve the best result.

You work closely with designers, cost experts, environmental specialists, and site managers, ensuring that all disciplines come together.

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 6,800 to € 9,300 - based on your background and experience

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week

You already have a solid foundation as a project manager or in a similar role within the infrastructure or construction sector. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 4 years involving management and leadership in concrete and hydraulic engineering, preferably with a civil contractor

• You take responsibility, dare to make choices, and know how to engage people

• Experience with UAV-GC, construction teams, or other modern contract forms

• A sense for commerce, strategy, and risk management

• An eye for the environment, sustainability, and collaboration
