By now, you have extensive experience within urban water and know the technical subject matter inside out. At the same time, you may notice that your ambition is broadening. You don't just want to advise, but also to manage projects, build relationships, and have more influence on the direction of projects and collaboration with clients. At Aveco de Bondt, you will get that space.
We are looking for a project leader who truly understands the technical content of urban water and can manage projects, processes, and teams from that foundation. Someone who gets energy from connecting people, disciplines, and interests, without losing sight of the technical content.
Whether you are already a project leader, or as an experienced advisor you are ready for that next step: with us, you get the chance to further develop yourself in project and process management, commerce, and relationship management. In doing so, you will work closely with experienced specialists within urban water, climate adaptation, and groundwater.
What distinguishes us is the combination of technical expertise, integrality, and a pragmatic approach. We work on solutions that are not only technically well-thought-out, but also actually function in practice and contribute to a future-proof living environment.
As an urban water project leader, you will manage diverse projects within the urban water domain. You are the primary point of contact for clients, monitor the progress and quality of projects, and ensure that content, process, and collaboration come together well.
Thanks to your technical background, you are a full partner for both clients and specialists. You do not always have to dive into the deepest technical details yourself, but you do understand what is necessary to realize projects successfully.
You switch smoothly between different types of projects: from integral area developments to climate adaptation issues and urban water systems. In doing so, you know when you need to steer on content, process, planning, or stakeholder management.
Depending on your experience and ambition, you can also fulfill a coaching role towards younger colleagues and contribute to the technical and organizational development of the team.
