• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 5,900 to € 7,600 - based on your background and experience

Are you highly experienced in all facets of work preparation for civil engineering projects? Then we are looking for you at Van Hattum en Blankevoort for the regional branch in Diemen, with North Holland and Utrecht as the working area. Think of projects such as the construction of the Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid public transport hub, the construction of a Peak Storage Area in Haarlemmermeer, and the tackling of monumental bridges and quays in Amsterdam (Burgwallen and Grimburgwal Rakken bridges). We are looking for a senior project coordinator with a passion for the profession. Within our projects, you bear the responsibility for preparing and supervising our civil engineering works, both in the tender and execution phases. You determine what the most efficient working method is and work this out with the team. In doing so, you stimulate the use of various BIM possibilities and adhere to the stated requirements. Speaking of BIM: within our organization, developments in the field of BIM, 4D, and BI tooling are moving lightning fast. We consider interest in this to be important.

Furthermore, you are actively involved in safety and environmental standards and apply them. You contribute through our WAVE values, so that the project can be realized in a safe manner. This also applies to the collaboration with the subcontractors and suppliers with whom you are in contact. You prepare material deliveries and coordinate subcontractors and equipment deployment. Finally, you monitor the contract and costs, identify and register extra and less work, and demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field.

Finally, you demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field and, with your knowledge (via the professional group), contribute to the development of work preparation within the entire organization. In addition to that, you support work preparers in their development.
