Project Coordinator Large-scale Consumption

The energy transition is creating plenty of work. As a project coordinator for large-scale consumption, you manage complex connections and keep multiple projects strictly on course simultaneously.

Within Large-scale Consumption, a concrete customer order always forms the basis of the project. As project coordinator, you guide the execution of this order from start to finish. You work on impactful projects with real social value. You constantly switch between different parties, maintain an overview, adjust where necessary, and ensure that projects continue to run smoothly even under pressure. With a large portfolio of projects per year, no two days are the same, and you are the director who makes the difference.

A day as a project coordinator:

• You start your day with a kick-off meeting for a new project
• Afterwards, you check whether all materials have been arranged, the additional work, and the PV statements
• Before lunch, you briefly check in on the various projects you have to see if everything is going as planned
• After lunch, you have an appointment with a chain partner
• You end the day with a check on all revisions and, where possible, close out the projects.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary of up to € 5,512 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• € 700.- (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
• Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

You have technical knowledge and, in everything you do, you think about the end result. You are a go-getter, possess strong communication skills, and easily bring stakeholders along in your plans. You are someone who enjoys and excels at taking control, is decisive, and always puts safety first. Because you are at the forefront of the energy transition, you love innovative technology, get a kick out of creative solutions, and dare to ask follow-up questions. And if there is an emergency? Furthermore, you have:

• You have at least an HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical direction;
• You are analytically strong and have good technical insight;;
• You are a true connector and strong in communicating with the internal organization and contractors.
• You look beyond your own work and take the initiative to improve processes.
