Project Coordinator

As a project coordinator, you will work on high-profile structures such as the Tsjerk Hiddes locks, the Molenbrug in Kampen, and the Euvelgunnerbrug. You will manage the planning, liaise with all involved parties, and ensure that these impressive renovation and maintenance projects in the world of bridges, locks, and storm surge barriers proceed according to plan.

You will guide smaller projects from preparation to completion. In doing so, you ensure efficient execution within the agreed planning and budget. For every project, you draw up a project plan and determine the approach in advance. During execution, you monitor progress and report to the project manager. You also ensure that colleagues have the necessary materials available on time. For larger projects, you manage the work preparers. Other tasks involved include:

• Preparing projects and coordinating the work

• Aligning activities with the project leader, site manager, client, and subcontractors

• Arranging permits and ensuring traffic measures and environmental management

• Elaborating and carefully handling extra work and omissions

• Guiding the handover and compiling a complete handover dossier

You will receive independence and responsibility to make your work successful, along with plenty of freedom to organize your work in your own way. • A salary of € 4,796.00 to € 6,852.00 gross per month

Hollandia Services plays an important role in the maintenance and renovation of the Dutch infrastructure. With 200 technical experts, we maintain bridges, locks, and storm surge barriers. From our main office in Capelle aan den IJssel, Hollandia Services grew towards the North. The renovation of thirteen bridges and eleven locks in Flevoland opened the gateway to the North, and with the lock in Lemmer, we approached the border of Fryslân. Because there is a lot of work in this region, we opened our branch in Sint Nicolaasga (Sint Nyk), with local people who perform the work more easily and quickly nearby.

From Sint Nyk, we maintain and renovate bridges, locks, and storm surge barriers throughout the North, with a compact team and the strength of all of Hollandia behind us. We work closely with our colleagues in Krimpen aan den IJssel for the right expertise, on projects such as the Tsjerk Hiddes locks near Harlingen, the bridge at Engwierum, and various bridges and locks in Groningen.
