Electrical Engineering Project Coordinator

• The salary for this position is between €3961 and €5694 gross per period* (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• You will receive a permanent contract from us immediately with a view to long-term cooperation

• 38 leave days according to the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement (Cao Metaal en Techniek);

As a project coordinator at Dura Vermeer Techniek, you are the connecting link in our electrical engineering projects. You are involved from head to toe and work together with the project manager, engineers, and modelers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from planning and logistics to collaboration with colleagues, procurement, and external parties. You identify risks, take measures to manage them, and solve problems quickly and practically when they arise. You also maintain close contact with clients and other stakeholders to align expectations and communicate progress clearly.

You primarily work on projects in building-related utilities, with diverse challenges. Sometimes you coordinate multiple projects at once, other times you are responsible for a large and complex multi-million euro project. Whichever project you start on, you ensure that the project is executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards. Together with your team, you ensure the delivery of the highest quality.

In this position, it is important that you can collaborate well and that you possess strong planning and organizational skills. You work within a dynamic and changing environment where customer orientation and flexibility are important qualities.
