For projects in industrial construction, we are looking for a Industrial Construction Project Leader to work from our Groningen office.

Your leadership skills go beyond merely indicating direction, and you know how to continuously inspire and motivate the project team, even when things are going less well. Your way of communicating clearly and concisely is key to this. You keep the communication lines open and ensure a transparent transfer of information. This ensures that everyone is correctly informed and that work can be carried out efficiently and effectively. With confidence and determination, you make well-considered decisions, especially in complex situations. You take responsibility for keeping the project on track and signal potential conflicts and challenges in time, addressing them proactively. You are able to represent the interests of all parties in the right manner and strive for win-win solutions. You are not only the hub of the project but also the driving force behind a successful collaboration with the client.

As a project leader, you are responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects, from planning to delivery. With your expertise and insight, you ensure that the project is completed within budget and schedule, without compromising on quality and safety. You also play a crucial role in the contact with the client. You are the primary point of contact for the client and will regularly be in dialogue with them regarding the progress of the project.

You will work on projects but can also perform your duties from our office in Groningen.

• Safety is your #1 priority.

• HBO or academic working and thinking level.

• At least five years of work experience in a similar position.

• Experience with projects of an integral nature.

• Knowledge of the English language

• Good communication skills.
