Project Leader

You have at least three years of experience as a project manager. You know how to organize projects, connect interests, and achieve results together with different parties. You are proactive and have strong communication skills, and you work together with your colleagues to deliver the very best result for the client. Bureau Schmidt is a young engineering firm with more than 90 colleagues spread across our offices in Groningen, Zwolle, Leeuwarden, Heerhugowaard, and Hengelo. We regularly go out together for a fun activity or company party.

Depending on your experience and responsibilities, you will receive a suitable salary, ranging from € 3,700 to € 8,300 gross per month, depending on your experience. In addition, we offer you:

As a project manager, you make all your projects in public spaces a success. Whether it is the realization of a nature reserve, the construction of underground infrastructure, or the civil design around the Emmaviaduct and Rondweg Groningen. You are responsible from start to finish for projects for various clients, including different municipalities, property developers, and contractors.

You are responsible for all your projects in the Groningen area and sit directly at the table with our clients. Additionally, you monitor costs and manage designers, drafters, specification writers, and supervisors. You do this from our office in Groningen. You will become part of a great team and will be given the space to take initiative and further develop yourself.
