At least five years of experience within installation technology

You communicate clearly and know how to engage colleagues and clients
Driving license B

The role

One day a project is running for a business client, the next day a renovation requires a smart solution on-site. As a Small-scale Construction Project Leader at HulstFlier, you maintain an overview of multiple projects at the same time. You ensure that the preparation is correct, that the technicians can proceed, and that the client knows what to expect.

What you'll do

You guide installation projects from request to completion. You coordinate daily with customers, work preparation, and execution. In doing so, you work with electrotechnical and mechanical installations and involve the right specialist where necessary.

Your responsibilities will include

planning and guiding multiple projects simultaneously
coordinating activities with customers, technicians, and suppliers
monitoring quality, progress, costs, and additional work
solving practical bottlenecks during execution
ensuring a smooth handover and completion

What do you bring?

You know installation technology and enjoy being close to the execution. You maintain an overview, make decisions, and communicate clearly, even when plans change.
