• A hybrid position for 32 to 40 hours per week;

• A full-time salary up to € 7,000 paid in 13 periods depending on experience;

Your job
As a civil project manager, you are responsible for multiple projects within Holland Scherm. In addition to noise barriers, we realize diverse civil engineering projects, such as bridges, quay walls, architectural concrete elements, artworks, and sedimentation basins. Both new construction and renovation projects form part of our portfolio. Projects we are proud of include the expansion of the RWG terminal at the Maasvlakte, the noise barriers along the A10 Amsterdam-Noord and the N31 near Leeuwarden. We also make an important contribution to various concrete projects at Schiphol within plot 2 of aircraft handling.

In addition, we are strongly committed to innovation and sustainability. Together with fellow companies within the VolkerWessels Infra division, such as KWS Infra, BKB Infra, and Van Hattum en Blankevoort, we work on innovative applications such as basalt fiber reinforcement, geopolymer concrete, and Masterbeton. Working smarter together, that is what we stand for.

Within your portfolio, projects are in various stages. During the tender and design phases, you fulfill an advisory role and contribute ideas regarding design optimization, sustainability, risk management, and environmental management. As projects reach the execution phase, the focus shifts to project control, contract management, finance, and assembling the right project team.
