What we're looking for

Mbo/hbo working and thinking level, preferably in a civil or environmental engineering direction;
Relevant work experience in civil engineering or environmental realization;
You derive energy from managing projects and always know how to keep schedules and deadlines tight;
Strong social and communication skills: you switch effortlessly between project team, client, and subcontractor;
A proactive, result-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

Commercial instinct: you identify opportunities, build relationships, and know how to convert new assignments;

The role

Will you be our driving force behind projects that enable the energy transition, lift residential areas off the ground, and keep companies environmentally safe?

What you'll do

You will lead diverse realization projects throughout the Netherlands. From the transformation of contaminated industrial sites into vibrant residential areas, to the installation of soil protection facilities at gas stations, waste collection points, and industrial estates. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the energy transition, with projects involving hydrogen charging points, EV charging plazas, and power grid expansion. You are the driving force that keeps all these processes moving. You do this from the first conversation with the client through to the final invoice. You ensure the project team functions smoothly, monitor the schedule and budget, and keep financial reporting tight. Switching gears, maintaining an overview, and making decisions: that is your daily work. Commercially, you also leave your mark: from sharp quotes to a convincing plan of approach.

Leading civil engineering realization projects throughout the Netherlands;
Ensuring your project team works together smoothly and meets goals: within schedule and budget and with the right quality;
Solving bottlenecks smartly and switching gears quickly when a situation demands it;
Taking responsibility for financial reporting, project registration, and evaluations;
Ensuring good coordination and a professional relationship between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;
Seeing and seizing opportunities: writing quotes and securing new assignments.
