From Wormer, you will work on mechanical engineering projects within residential construction and utilities. You are visible to colleagues, technicians, and customers, maintain an overview of the planning, and ensure that projects run as agreed. As a Project Leader W, you are responsible for mechanical engineering projects from preparation to delivery. You constantly switch between the office, construction site, customers, and execution. One morning you discuss progress with technicians on location, later in the day you coordinate the planning with a client or consult with work preparation regarding materials and capacity. It is precisely that combination of technology, organization, and human contact that makes this position so versatile.

• Guiding mechanical engineering projects within residential construction and utilities.

• Directing work preparers, drafters, technicians, and other stakeholders.

• Monitoring planning, progress, budget, and project results.

• Coordinating engineering, purchasing, and material supply.

• Switching between client, construction site, office, and execution.

• Ensuring quality, safety, and correct project administration.

• Professionally organizing and guiding both larger projects and smaller assignments.
