Requirements
What we're looking for
Good knowledge of plumbing and mechanical engineering installations within residential construction
Experience with organizing and managing projects
A cost-conscious and result-oriented attitude
A completed MBO level 4 education in Installation Technology
MIT W1 and W2 are a plus

The role
Are you a Project Leader in Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering and do you want to guide residential construction projects from preparation to completion? At Heating Service Installatie Techniek, you will lead project teams, monitor quality, planning, and budgets, and ensure the successful execution of installation technology projects.
What you'll do
You will receive a lot of responsibility and work closely with drafters, work preparers, installers, and construction partners to successfully realize projects.

Leading drafters, work preparers, and installers
Coordinating projects from preparation to completion
Participating in construction meetings and coordinating with clients and partners
Creating working calculations and assessing quotes
Cost-conscious purchasing of materials and services
Monitoring project budgets, planning, and quality
Identifying opportunities and risks within projects
Ensuring successful and timely completion
