Knowledge of contract management
A completed (technical) education at HBO level or higher, for example civil engineering or built environment

A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 4,800 to € 6,600 - based on your background and experience
A position for 32 to 40 hours per week

The role

Extensive experience in all facets of work preparation? For one of our large integral projects, Zuidasdok Tunnel, we are looking for a project coordinator to help build the foundation work for this technical masterpiece.

We are looking for a talented project coordinator with a passion for foundation techniques. You are the hub in our projects; the link that effortlessly connects design, execution, and project control. You bear the responsibility for the preparation and supervision of our foundation projects. You manage the work preparation and serve as the right hand to the project manager.

As a project coordinator, you and your team ensure a buildable design and controlled execution of the project. You act according to our safety values (WAVE) and actively contribute to safe project realization. You work intensively with subcontractors and suppliers; in this role, you are their primary point of contact. Finally, you monitor the contract and costs, identify and register changes, and demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field.

What you'll do

You work together with various colleagues on the project, with whom you share your knowledge and experience. In doing so, you support work preparers and trainees in their development. And because we are a large company, you contribute not only to the success of your own project but also to the development of work preparation within the entire organization. Our work preparation department regularly comes together to share knowledge and exchange experiences.
