Project Leader in the Netherlands

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, who bears ultimate financial, technical, and operational responsibility for our projects.

• A salary between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month, tailored to your knowledge, background, and experience;

• Secondary employment conditions according to the Technisch Installatiebedrijf collective labor agreement. This includes 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days, and pension accrual with the PMT pension fund;

As Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the success of our residential construction projects. You are responsible for the entire process: from preparation through to completion. You monitor progress, budget, and quality, and adjust where necessary. To achieve this, you communicate continuously with clients, contractors, suppliers, and technicians, ensuring that everyone works together optimally.

In addition, you maintain control over extra and reduced work and ensure tight project administration.

With your experience, you also take on a coaching role towards colleagues within the team and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the department.

You have at least five years of work experience as a project manager, preferably in installation technology. Furthermore, you have an MBO level of work and/or thinking and have knowledge of mechanical installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, etc.).

You communicate easily with different parties and know how to connect people and get them moving. You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview, and act quickly when situations demand it.
