To supplement our team, we are looking for an experienced Planning Preparer.

As an experienced planning preparer at Systabo, you bear the responsibility for the plan development and project monitoring of our projects from the initiation phase through to contract formation. Communication with our clients, construction cost estimates, planning, managing advisors, you do it all. A diverse, challenging job with responsibility where you work on projects you can be proud of!

As a planning preparer, you are the important link between the client, the advisors, and your colleagues in execution. You assist with project acquisition and commercial activities.

In addition, you maintain relationships with our clients and construction team partners. You know how to devise customer-oriented solutions and alternatives and work these out from a (planning) technical and financial perspective.

And furthermore:

• Estimating, budgeting, and monitoring phase budgets, construction, and operating costs;

• Analyzing and controlling environmental factors;

• Advising on the Program of Requirements and drafting a Technical Description;

• Recording information and ensuring knowledge transfer in the lead-up to the execution phase;

• You monitor progress throughout the entire process and adjust if necessary. You map out opportunities and risks and coordinate these with the client and management.

You are a true self-starter, entrepreneurial, and you are technically and financially proficient. You are easily approachable and you are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.
