Civil Engineering Site Supervisor Apprenticeship

At Van Hattum en Blankevoort regio Zuid (Dordrecht), we have various opportunities for you to develop as a site supervisor within civil engineering; even if you do not (yet) have a suitable educational background. You can start with us as an apprentice, which means you learn the trade while you work. You primarily learn in practice and go to school one day per week (BBL or dual).

You arrange the enrollment in the training yourself. There are a number of courses you can choose from:

• Middle Management Construction or Civil Engineering (mbo 4)

• Construction/infra supervisor (mbo 4)

• Civil Engineering / Built Environment (hbo)

During the training, you receive a regular salary. And the training itself? We pay for that for you.

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) up to € 3,400 - based on your background and experience.

• A position for 32 or 40 hours per week

• A sustainable employability budget that we pay out monthly. This is 2.3% of your monthly salary

• 43 leave days: 30 vacation days + an individual budget of 13 extra days (payout or take as leave, your choice)
