24-32 hours | Vroomshoop
We build with wood. For homes, for beautiful projects, and for a sustainable future. With craftsmanship, smart solutions, and dedicated people, we make the world a little bit more beautiful every day. And for that, we need good people.
That is why we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter & Employer Branding specialist who not only fills vacancies but also actively builds our employer brand and our position in the labor market.
You know how to find talent, you know how to touch people, and you get energy from connecting the right people to our organization. From carpenter to project manager: you ensure that De Groot Vroomshoop is and remains visible as an attractive employer.
You are independently responsible for recruitment and act as a sparring partner for hiring managers and supervisors. You will be involved in:
independently handling vacancies from intake to employment;
actively searching for and approaching candidates via LinkedIn and other channels;
building a network within the construction, carpentry, and timber industries;
advising on recruitment and labor market issues;
developing and executing employer branding and labor market communication (in close cooperation with marketing);
maintaining contacts with schools and training partners;
organizing recruitment, school, and labor market activities;
ensuring a good candidate experience.
You will receive a lot of freedom to come up with and implement your own ideas. We work with Recruitee, have a budget for recruitment, and actively seek collaboration with marketing.
An attractive salary that we will coordinate together based on your experience;
A full-time work week of 37.5 hours, the possibility to work hybrid, and an 8.33% holiday allowance;
A position between 24 and 32 hours per week;
32 vacation days based on full-time employment;
Extra benefits: an annual sports allowance, collective insurances, a support fund, and a bicycle lease scheme;
Ample training and development opportunities so that you can continue to develop and/or grow;
An active staff association that regularly organizes fun activities.
And, this is also good to know....
Recruitment in the construction and carpentry industry is challenging. Good skilled tradespeople are scarce and not every vacancy is filled quickly. If you need a victory every week, this is probably not the place for you.
We are looking for someone who specifically gets energy from sourcing, networking, thinking creatively, and building for the long term.
So, will you be part of this team soon?
Wendy (HR Manager), José (HR Advisor), Marloes (HR Assistant), and Lara (interim Recruiter) look forward to meeting you!
