Corporate Recruiter

• At least 2 years of work experience as a recruiter or agency worker 
• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking 
• You have a creative perspective on challenges in the current labor market
• A good command of the Dutch language

• A salary between € 3,515.- to € 5,000.- per month 
• A friendly recruitment team
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week. Part-time is, of course, negotiable
• 28 vacation days based on full-time
• A company smartphone and laptop
• Plenty of room for initiative and ideas
• A workplace in our brand-new green office in Breukelen (and your own home office)

Are you ready to fully utilize your communication skills and creativity? As a Corporate Recruiter, you play a crucial role in recruiting, selecting, and hiring talent for Securitas. You strengthen our employer brand and are responsible for your own region, where you are the point of contact for both our target group and the hiring managers.

Together with our enthusiastic recruitment team, you will work on finding the best new colleagues. You know your region, dive into the business, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and their teams. With your insight and expertise, you know how to recruit the right talent that aligns with our current and future needs.

• Managing the full recruitment process in your region.
• Sparring and advising hiring managers to find the ideal candidate.
• Conducting telephone screenings and interviews.
• Writing and optimizing vacancy texts.
• Recruiting, selecting, and guiding candidates through the application process.
• Analyzing data to improve processes and achieve results.
