At GXO Logistics, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our North Business Unit. You will be responsible for, among other things, recruitment at our locations in Lelystad, Almere, and Amsterdam. In this role, you are responsible for the full recruitment process and act as a sparring partner for hiring managers. You will work in a dynamic environment in which you combine operational recruitment activities with projects in the fields of employer branding, process improvement, and international collaboration.

• Manage the full recruitment process from intake to hire
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and labor market developments
• Write attractive job advertisements and conduct interviews
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders within the organization
• Work on recruitment projects focused on process improvement, employer branding, and international collaboration
• Make effective use of recruitment tooling and sourcing methodologies to attract talent
• Contribute to the further professionalization of recruitment within GXO

• HBO working and thinking level
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within recruitment
• Experience within both a commercial and corporate environment is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager management skills
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-changing working environment
• The ability to set priorities and work independently
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Experience with recruitment tooling, sourcing, and modern recruitment techniques
• A proactive, energetic, and result-oriented attitude
