In the role of Process Improvement & Quality Coordinator, you will have a broad and diverse range of tasks. You will deal with topics such as quality, environment, SROI, CSR, process improvement, and digitalization. These topics are always current and require continuous attention, efficiency, and optimization.

You contribute to the Management Team's policy plan by drawing up an annual improvement plan with objectives and actions regarding these topics. In the area of safety, you will work closely with our Safety Coach, Marco.

And furthermore:

• Preparing, coordinating, and executing internal and external audits and ensuring and monitoring the resulting improvement actions;

• Analyzing processes and providing requested and unrequested advice and making improvement proposals to the Management Team;

• Staying up to date with changes and developments regarding relevant laws, regulations, and standards (think, among others, of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, and CSR).

You are the specialist in the field of process improvement and digitalization with a business administration background and an affinity for residential construction. You get energy from optimizing processes and digitizing them.

By nature, you are strongly interested in improvement and change management. You are entrepreneurial, pragmatic, analytical, and are able to use your enthusiasm and expertise to take people along in change and improvement. You are a true doer with a practical and action-oriented approach.
