The role

Do you want to take quality and process improvement to a higher level within Dura Vermeer Bouw & Vastgoed Utrecht? As quality and process improvement manager, you will develop quality policies, supervise audits, and realize improvement initiatives that contribute to more efficient processes, higher quality, and successful construction and real estate projects.

What you'll do

As Quality and Process Improvement Manager at Dura Vermeer Bouw & Vastgoed Utrecht, you will play an important role in the further development of our organization. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our quality policy and ensuring that projects, processes, and working methods comply with laws and regulations, certifications, and the high quality standards we strive for.

You are visible within the organization and know how to enthusiastically involve colleagues in quality awareness, sustainability, and continuous improvement. In doing so, you act as a sparring partner for management, project teams, and supporting departments. You conduct audits, analyze findings, and translate these into concrete improvement actions that further help our organization.

In addition to quality, there is an important focus on process improvement. You analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and initiate improvement projects that contribute to a more efficient organization. From our FLOW management system, you will work on the further development and implementation of uniform working methods within Bouw & Vastgoed Utrecht.

You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and actively seek connection with quality, sustainability, and improvement professionals within other Dura Vermeer business units. Together, you build an organization that continuously learns, improves, and remains future-proof.

Here you are in the right place

At Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Utrecht, we are at the beginning of a new chapter. In addition to renovation and transformation, we now also realize new construction projects in residential and non-residential construction, and we are taking the next step towards our own area and real estate development.

That means you will join an organization that is constantly in motion. With more than 100 colleagues, we are not only building sustainable homes, utility projects, and living environments, but also the future of our own organization. The lines are short, the ambitions are great, and the opportunities to help build new working methods, teams, and projects are plentiful.

Here you get the space to make an impact. Not from the sidelines, but right in the middle of a fresh organization that is further developing itself and in which entrepreneurship, collaboration, and ownership are central. Together we build projects we are proud of and an organization that is ready for the future.
