Inbound, Transport and Quality Coordinator

You coordinate transport and logistical quality and ensure that incoming goods flow efficiently. You identify areas for improvement, adjust processes, and act as the link between planners, service providers, and stock planners. Responsibilities

• Coordinating, monitoring, and adjusting the transport of incoming goods, including transport means and damage handling.
• Managing and controlling forecasts, quotes, and quality data in accordance with procedures;
• Preparing quality reports and processing and sharing these with suppliers and logistical service providers;
• Identifying and improving the logistical performance of suppliers and service providers;
• Drafting, implementing, and monitoring procedures and guidelines within your own area of focus;
• Advising procurement and supply chain planning on transport and logistical delivery quality.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level
• Experience with SAP and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively with colleagues and external parties, both in writing and orally
• Basic knowledge of transport terms and logistical processes.
• Independent, organizationally strong, and knows how to follow processes.
