Quality & CSR Internship Huizen (32-40 hours)

For the Quality & CSR department, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to learn how things work within a large retail company. 

At the Quality & CSR department of the Lidl headquarters in Huizen, everything focuses on the quality and (food) safety of the products in the Lidl branches. The department consists of three enthusiastic and dynamic teams with driven and positive-minded professionals. 

As an intern, you will be part of one of the teams within the Quality & CSR department. We offer assignments in various directions, for example: 

• You explore how we use smart (AI) applications to make knowledge about quality and sustainability even more easily and quickly accessible to colleagues from other departments.
• You support the translation of new national guidelines and legislation in the field of health and sustainability into a clear strategy and a practical rollout within our organization.
• You work on product improvement projects to make our assortment even tastier and healthier.

In this internship, you can develop yourself in many different areas; additionally, we are curious about your proposals for improving our processes, department, and our organization.

• You will receive good guidance and an internship allowance of €500 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
• In consultation, it is possible to combine the internship with research for your studies.
