The role

As a pre-qualification coordinator, you ensure that Vialis participates in tenders in a timely and complete manner. You identify opportunities, collect and organize information, and submit pre-qualification documents. You work closely with estimation, cost expertise, and execution to deliver files carefully and on time.

What will you do?

Identifying relevant tenders and pre-qualifications
Registering pre-qualifications for tenders
Preparing and submitting pre-qualification documents
Collaborating with estimation, cost expertise, and execution
Ensuring a structured and accurate flow of information
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission

€4,160 - €5,490 gross per month based on full-time
