As a Store Coördinator in our production facility in Oud‑Beijerland, you are the crucial link ensuring that our maintenance technicians never come up short. Thanks to your affinity for technology, tight management of the technical warehouse, the SAP system, and spare parts, our production lines can continue to run smoothly and safely. Additionally, you play an active role in our continuous improvement program (MSE PM).

In our high-tech production process, a flawless material flow and the immediate availability of spare parts are essential to quickly resolve breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance runs smoothly. In our factory, we produce sauces that you particularly see in England, Ireland, and Scandinavia: BEN'S ORIGINAL®, SUZI WAN®, and DOLMIO®.

• System & Item Management (SAP): Ensuring flawless registration in SAP. This includes creating and correctly linking new items, keeping the item master file up to date, and updating prices, contracts, and savings.
• Physical Warehouse Management & Shipments: Responsible for the booking in and out of goods, processing incoming packages, managing outgoing shipments, and performing the annual warehouse count, including the administrative processing of any changes.
• Continuous Improvement (MSE PM Pillar): Active membership of the MSE PM (Progressive Maintenance) pillar within the factory. You make an active contribution to the standards and improvement processes within the maintenance organization.
• Kitting & Work Preparation: In collaboration with the work preparer, ensuring the processing of orders for kitting work. You collect, check, and prepare all necessary parts and tools for planned maintenance tasks.
• Purchasing & Quotes: Requesting quotes for spare parts and technical components, communicating with the purchasing department regarding new and repeat orders, and overseeing the correct administrative handling of purchase invoices.
• Order & Neatness: Keeping both the warehouse and the technical workshop neat, organized, and representative according to 5S standards.

As Store Coördinator, you bring the following knowledge and experience:

• An MBO 3 or 4 diploma, preferably in a technical, logistical, or business administration direction.
• Relevant work experience in warehouse management, inventory management, or as a technical administrative assistant (experience with technical spare parts is a major plus).
• Strong administrative and system technical skills; experience with ERP systems (such as SAP PM or MM) is a plus.
• Communicatively very strong, proactive in coordination with purchasing and planning, and fluent in the Dutch language.
• Passion for structure, order, and technology! You find it a sport to have the warehouse and administration perfectly in order.
• Willingness to look after the boiler house during the absence of the boiler house manager.
