To support our further growth and professionalization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coördinator.

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the planning, purchasing, and management of materials and parts that are essential to our production, service activities, and projects. You ensure that the right items are available at the right time, without building up unnecessary inventory. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to the continuity of our organization.

As an Inventory and Purchasing Manager, you are the connecting link between suppliers, warehouse, production, planning, engineering, and finance. You maintain control over inventory levels, monitor deliveries, and ensure reliable data in our systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing material requirements based on inventory levels, consumption, and production needs.

• Managing and optimizing inventories.

• Identifying imminent shortages or excess stock.

• Thinking along regarding safety stock, reorder points, and inventory strategies.

• Ensuring reliable item and inventory data in the ERP system.

• Placing, following up on, and monitoring purchase orders.

• Promoting the use of preferred suppliers within the organization.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding prices, availability, delivery times, and terms.

• Executing RFQ processes and comparing quotes.

• Monitoring delivery reliability and identifying risks or deviations.

• Supporting supplier assessments and improvement initiatives.

• Preparing reports on inventory, purchasing performance, and delivery reliability.

• Coordinating with internal departments regarding material availability and planning.

• Supporting goods receipt, inventory counts, and administrative processing.

• Actively contributing to the further professionalization of our supply chain processes.

• A key role within an innovative technical organization with international impact.

You are analytically strong, work accurately, and love structure. At the same time, you are practically minded and communicate easily with both suppliers and colleagues.

You take ownership, think ahead, and do not wait when action is needed.

In addition, you possess:

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Business Administration, Purchasing, or Business Administration.

• Experience within inventory management, purchasing, material planning, or supply chain.

• Experience with ERP systems; experience with IFS is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Excel;

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
